Job Responsibility

  • Observes, collects, and records patient biophysical, psychosocial, and self-care data, identifying educational needs
  • Analyzes assessment data to formulate nursing diagnoses and implement age-appropriate care plans with the team
  • Administers medication
  • Ensures patient and staff safety

Requirements

  • Oregon RN License
  • AHA BLS
  • ACLS within 6 months
  • 2400 hours within the last 24 months as an RN in ICU/PCU
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing
