As a full time Night Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Job Responsibility

  • Assessment: Performs total body and system assessment each shift/visit according to unit standards
  • Care of Patient: Including planning, implementing, evaluating and educating
  • Clinical/Technical Skills: Utilizes technology, procedures, protocols, standards and interventions specific to the assigned unit
  • Documentation: Performs legible, timely, concise and accurate documentation according to policies and procedures
  • Proficient and competent with the computerized documentation system
  • Leadership: Accepts responsibility and accountability for own decisions and behaviors
  • Recognizes, accepts and cooperates with direction from facility leadership

Requirements

  • Two (2) years recent experience in an Emergency department as a RN within the last 5 years
  • Current CA RN licensure
  • Current American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, PALS
  • TNCC required within 6 months of hire
  • ASLS (Advanced Stroke Life Support) within 6 months of hire
  • MICN required within 24 months of hire
  • Minimum Associates Degree in Nursing
