Job Description:

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals experiencing acute medical conditions or trauma. This role requires strong critical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while delivering high-quality care.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provides comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals experiencing acute medical conditions or trauma
  • Triage patients and assess their condition
  • Administer medications and treatments
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
  • Ensure timely interventions in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
  • Monitor patient progress
  • Educate patients and families on health management
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital protocols and regulations
  • Assess patient/family health problems and resources implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan for nursing care
  • Provide professional nursing care and interventions to acutely ill adult patient populations
  • Provide service to young adults through geriatric patients
  • Demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values
  • Support the organization's strategic plan and the goals and direction of the hospital-wide performance improvement plan.

Requirements:

  • ADN, Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • AZ RN license or RN License from a Compact State
  • American Heart Association-issued BLS Certification
  • American Heart Association-issued ACLS certification
  • American Heart Association-issued PALS certification
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN)
  • Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC)
  • (2) years of Emergency room RN experience
