Job Responsibility

  • Observes, collects and records data related to patient’s biophysical, psychosocial, environmental and self-care ability
  • Analyzes assessment findings and test results to provide the basis for planning timely and effective nursing interventions
  • Implements an age-appropriate plan of care
  • Documents and utilizes patient data to measure progress toward attainment of patient outcomes and patient goals
  • Documents the care given in a complete and timely manner

Requirements

  • Oregon RN License
  • AHA BLS
  • ACLS within 90 days
  • PALS within 6 months
  • ENPC within 6 months
  • TNCC within 12 months
  • 2400 hours of experience within the last 2 years in the Emergency Department OR 2400 hours Emergency Department experience within the last 5 years with current TNCC, PALS and ACLS
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing
