Job Responsibility:

  • Provide general nursing care to patients following established standards
  • Obtain and document health history, chief complaint, vitals, risk factors
  • Execute prescribed treatments and interventions
  • Administer medications
  • Monitor and document patient progress and response
  • Refer to or consult with physicians, other providers, and community resources
  • Educate patients and families on health status, maintenance, and condition management
  • Document assessment and intervention data in medical records
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to improve care processes and outcomes
  • Track quality assurance data and monitor care management

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred)
  • Current RN license in Oregon
  • Current AHA BLS or ACLS
  • Exceptional clinical acumen to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive patient care
