Nurse Aide

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Accurately take and record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration), and track intake/output, height, and weight
• Help patients with treatment equipment, assist with transfers, and safely transport them for tests or treatments
• Observe patients for changes in condition, potential hazards, and report promptly to the RN
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team, answer signal lights promptly, and ensure a clean and orderly patient environment
• Set up and assist patients with meals, documenting consumption
• Practice strict infection control protocols and obtain routine lab samples as delegated

• No requirements. Must be able to read, write and communicate clearly
• Licensure: ND State Nursing Assistant Registry
• Experience: Previous health care experience preferred but not required
