Join Our Compassionate Care Team as a Nurse Aide! Are you a dedicated and empathetic individual passionate about making a difference in patients' lives? We're looking for a skilled and team-oriented Nurse Aide to join our multi-disciplinary healthcare team! Under the direct supervision of our RN Charge Nurse/Director of Nursing, you'll play a vital role in providing essential nursing care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You'll work within the State Nurse Practice Act, our established nursing policies, and our facility's mission and philosophy.
Job Responsibility:
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Accurately take and record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration), and track intake/output, height, and weight
Help patients with treatment equipment, assist with transfers, and safely transport them for tests or treatments
Observe patients for changes in condition, potential hazards, and report promptly to the RN
Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team, answer signal lights promptly, and ensure a clean and orderly patient environment
Set up and assist patients with meals, documenting consumption
Practice strict infection control protocols and obtain routine lab samples as delegated
Requirements:
No requirements. Must be able to read, write and communicate clearly
Licensure: ND State Nursing Assistant Registry
Experience: Previous health care experience preferred but not required
