BA/BS Degree preferred
One (1) year of experience in long term care or experience caring for the chronically ill of any age

Manage candidate flow and maintain a secure testing environment
Observe and rate candidates during practical exams
Resolve candidate issues or escalate to the appropriate supervisor
Protect exam content through secure administration of computer-based testing
