Lead Operations team in execution of daily production tasks, work scheduling, training, maintenance and continuous improvements in plant. Lead the team on new production lines / plant. Execution of Cost Saving projects, which help the business growth. Execution of all the new programs as per dates committed to the customer. Plan regular visits to customer to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensuring the culture driven plant on Perform problem-solving to develop corrective actions for customer issues or to initiate continuous improvement. Ensuring and delivering the Sales Plan Vs Production Plan actual matching. Capability studies & process optimization. Participate in review and approval of component designs, drawings and material selections.
