Be at the heart of a vibrant team, managing NRSWA noticing and ensuring seamless reinstatement operations. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining compliance and supporting smooth project execution.
Job Responsibility:
Use the Symology system to initiate, track, and process all street works noticing requirements through to final registration, ensuring compliance with NRSWA
Collaborate with project management to keep all relevant information updated in real-time and produce daily and weekly performance reports
Perform non-critical office duties as time permits, depending on street works activities
Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including highway authorities, schedulers, and operations teams
Reconcile engineers' daily activities against scheduled tasks and administer job packs
Track progress and handle all works information issued and returned
Proactively resolve customer queries to achieve satisfactory resolutions
Perform additional duties as required by the manager
Requirements:
GCSE or higher education level
Knowledge of Codes of Practice, NRSWA, and Traffic Management Legislation
Experience using Symology and Government Street Manager systems
Experience working with Local Authorities and in Utility Construction
Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to a changing environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs or equivalent
