Job Description

Be at the heart of a vibrant team, managing NRSWA noticing and ensuring seamless reinstatement operations. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining compliance and supporting smooth project execution.

Job Responsibility

  • Use the Symology system to initiate, track, and process all street works noticing requirements through to final registration, ensuring compliance with NRSWA
  • Collaborate with project management to keep all relevant information updated in real-time and produce daily and weekly performance reports
  • Perform non-critical office duties as time permits, depending on street works activities
  • Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including highway authorities, schedulers, and operations teams
  • Reconcile engineers' daily activities against scheduled tasks and administer job packs
  • Track progress and handle all works information issued and returned
  • Proactively resolve customer queries to achieve satisfactory resolutions
  • Perform additional duties as required by the manager

Requirements

  • GCSE or higher education level
  • Knowledge of Codes of Practice, NRSWA, and Traffic Management Legislation
  • Experience using Symology and Government Street Manager systems
  • Experience working with Local Authorities and in Utility Construction
  • Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to a changing environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs or equivalent
