Job Description

This leading firm is seeking an enthusiastic Newly Qualified Solicitor to join its expanding regulatory team based in Aberdeen. The role focuses on health and safety law, involving the representation of clients facing criminal prosecutions for health and safety breaches and participation in fatal accident inquiries. The successful candidate will also support clients during investigations by regulatory bodies such as the HSE and Police Scotland, with additional exposure to road traffic fatality cases. Working alongside a highly regarded specialist in the field, you’ll have the opportunity to work with high-profile clients including major corporates, local authorities, and offshore operators.
