A boutique law firm in Leeds is recruiting for an NQ employment solicitor due to expansion. Join a leading team covering all areas of employment law, with plenty of support and training opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Work on a wide range of non-contentious employment matters
handle TUPE transfers
address unfair dismissals
provide HR advice to employers
manage employment tribunals, disciplinary cases, restrictive covenants, settlement agreements, exit packages

Requirements:

NQ solicitor with an employment seat
NQ solicitor with previous employment paralegal experience and an employment seat completed
passionate about employment law
