Job Responsibility:

  • Work on a wide range of non-contentious employment matters
  • handle TUPE transfers
  • address unfair dismissals
  • provide HR advice to employers
  • manage employment tribunals, disciplinary cases, restrictive covenants, settlement agreements, exit packages

Requirements:

  • NQ solicitor with an employment seat
  • NQ solicitor with previous employment paralegal experience and an employment seat completed
