Are you a Newly Qualified Solicitor looking to build your career in Commercial Property? Our client, a top-tier regional law firm with a stellar reputation, is seeking an ambitious and driven NQ Commercial Property Solicitor to join their dynamic team in central Leeds.

Job Responsibility:

Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
Landlord and tenant matters
Commercial leases and lease renewals
Development and regeneration projects
Real estate aspects of corporate transactions

Requirements:

Newly Qualified Solicitor (0–1 year PQE) with a completed seat in commercial property
excellent technical and drafting skills
strong commercial awareness
client-focused approach
proactive team player with a desire to learn and progress
