Job Responsibility:

  • Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Commercial leases and lease renewals
  • Development and regeneration projects
  • Real estate aspects of corporate transactions

Requirements:

  • Newly Qualified Solicitor (0–1 year PQE) with a completed seat in commercial property
