Job Description

Our NPS client requires 2 receptionists to join the busy team on a temporary basis

Job Responsibility

  • Administrative duties as well as answering phone queries, dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • General reception duties, door access, signing in/out of visitors, directing of visitors within the building, booking of rooms, stationary orders
  • Liaising with staff and other probation users with professionalism
  • Recording of alarm testing
  • Acting as first point of contact for visiting facility types

Requirements

  • Good strong admin/reception experience
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft word, excel, outlook and Teams
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to remain professional at all time and converse with a variety of service users
  • Excellent organisational skills and experience of working in a fast-paced environment and multi-tasking
