Job Description:

This role contributes to technical components of HPE products, solutions, or services regularly and sustainable. Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Provides expertise and partnership to functional and technical project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Exercises significant independent judgment to determine best method for achieving objectives. May provide team leadership and mentoring to others.

Requirements:

Advanced subject matter knowledge
Technical gap analysis review and support
Monitor DFM/DFA issue closure
Review Time Zero analysis, strain gauge testing, force rework study
Support key NPI issues from different proto phases
On-site support for monitoring NPI builds progress
Work on Production Readiness Review and Manufacturing Readiness Review
Attend regular NPI meetings
Support transition from NPI to mass run
Technology implementation at factory
New tech process development and qualification
New process best practice sharing
Attend advanced technology roadmap meetings
Support new equipment/tool evaluation
Drive factory for continuous equipment capability enhancement
Support special process qualification
