Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for successfully delivering the project goals and business results
  • Lead and own the project scope, budget, schedule to deliver the business results by applying project management tools and principles
  • Develop metrics and target values appropriate for the project
  • Develop project budgets including labor, expense and capital

Requirements

  • Engineering degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering (BSEE or BSME with MS or MBA highly desired)
  • Experience in highlighting critical paths and project risk to senior management with mitigation plans to close the risk
  • Experience in creating and tracking detailed project scope, schedule from Proto through Mass Production
  • Experience in leading New Product of complex electro-mechanical systems from concept to high volume transfer
  • Experience in working with EMS companies
  • 5+ years of experience in Engineering product-based companies
  • Experience working with Engineering HW Electrical, Mechanical and SW teams
  • PMP certification preferred
