We are seeking an experienced New Product Introduction (NPI) Manager to oversee the launch of new hardware and integrated systems from concept to full-scale production. You will act as the bridge between R&D, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product Management to ensure every product meets technical, commercial, and operational readiness requirements.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and implement a structured NPI process, including stage gates, deliverables, and governance
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver seamless product transitions from design through pilot builds to volume manufacture
  • Ensure manufacturing readiness, validation, and compliance with industry standards
  • Drive continuous improvement in NPI practices to optimize time-to-market, cost, and quality
  • Report progress, risks, and lessons learned to senior stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing complex hardware or electro-mechanical projects within time, cost, and quality constraints
  • Strong knowledge of NPI or manufacturing introduction processes
  • Hands-on expertise with design for manufacture (DFM), design for test (DFT), failure mode analysis (DFMEA/PFMEA), validation builds, and production readiness assessments
  • Experience in structured project delivery frameworks (PRINCE2 or equivalent) is advantageous
  • Excellent leadership, organization, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and practical with strong problem-solving abilities
