You’ll lead cross-functional teams, navigating complex projects from initial planning through launch, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion of milestones. Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical supply chain management
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in NPI projects
  • Experience launching products within the pharmaceutical industry in Japan
  • Experience with CMO management or production planning
  • Expert knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong project management skills and experience working with global teams
  • Proficient in Japanese and English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
