The NPI engineer will be responsible for the configuration control of INFINIDAT products, and all aspects of NPI processes.

Job Responsibility

  • Building and managing Production files: BOMs, Product documentation, working instructions, and drawings
  • Transfer to Production of new products – Full NPI processes
  • Conducting and implementing product changes (ECOs, deviations) and configuration control, managing product lifecycle E2E
  • Ongoing technical support at FTK sub-contractor's production line sites (IL and US) with existing and new products, an initiative for production line continuous improvement
  • Support operations engineering and quality processes such as root causes analysis, CAPA, etc
  • Lead the company certifications and compliance maintenance -International and sustainability
  • Work closely with various departments in the company to define manufacturing procedures

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering
  • 3 years of NPI experience
  • Hands-on experience with PLM - Product BOM, Change Control Management, and Product Configuration
  • Technical experience with HW components including writing working instructions and part replacement procedures - mandatory
  • Independent, assertive, and proactive approach – being able to own a task and deep dive into the relevant details surrounding it, leading projects/tasks E2E
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and a real team player
  • Multitasking skills to be able to work on multiple tasks in parallel
  • Fluent in English - reading, writing, and speaking
  • Microsoft Office tools - Excellent skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint tools
