Job Description:

The NPI engineer will be responsible for the configuration control of INFINIDAT products, and all aspects of NPI processes.

Job Responsibility:

Building and managing Production files: BOMs, Product documentation, working instructions, and drawings
Transfer to Production of new products – Full NPI processes
Conducting and implementing product changes (ECOs, deviations) and configuration control, managing product lifecycle E2E
Ongoing technical support at FTK sub-contractor's production line sites (IL and US) with existing and new products, an initiative for production line continuous improvement
Support operations engineering and quality processes such as root causes analysis, CAPA, etc
Lead the company certifications and compliance maintenance -International and sustainability
Work closely with various departments in the company to define manufacturing procedures

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering
3 years of NPI experience
Hands-on experience with PLM - Product BOM, Change Control Management, and Product Configuration
Technical experience with HW components including writing working instructions and part replacement procedures - mandatory
Independent, assertive, and proactive approach – being able to own a task and deep dive into the relevant details surrounding it, leading projects/tasks E2E
Strong interpersonal communication skills and a real team player
Multitasking skills to be able to work on multiple tasks in parallel
Fluent in English - reading, writing, and speaking
Microsoft Office tools - Excellent skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint tools

Nice to have:

Experience with SolidWorks – an advantage
