Job Responsibility

  • Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures
  • Prepare and cook traditional and modern Korean dishes to Onggi standards
  • Manage ingredient knowledge, preparation, and storage of Korean-specific produce
  • Ensure consistent quality
  • Provide a warm, engaging customer experience - every customer should leave with a smile
  • Help maintain a clean, efficient workspace and complete all required documentation
