We are seeking a skilled Notion User/Specialist to join our customer's team as part of an AI training initiative. In this expert role, you will leverage your experience with Notion to support data collection and system optimization for AI applications. This is an excellent opportunity for Notion enthusiasts eager to share their expertise and contribute to cutting-edge technology.

Job Responsibility:

  • Use Notion daily to complete assigned workflows with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Annotate, organize, and prepare content within Notion as part of AI training processes
  • Identify and troubleshoot workflow bottlenecks within Notion, suggesting improvements
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for using Notion effectively
  • Document processes and maintain up-to-date records in Notion databases
  • Support the customer’s team by providing actionable feedback on Notion usage and interface organization
  • Communicate observations and recommendations clearly through both written documentation and verbal briefings

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a user of Notion
  • Strong organizational and digital documentation skills within Notion workspaces
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and consistency in data handling
  • Self-motivated and proactive in completing tasks in a remote work environment
