Job Responsibility:
Use Notion daily to complete assigned workflows with high accuracy and efficiency
Annotate, organize, and prepare content within Notion as part of AI training processes
Identify and troubleshoot workflow bottlenecks within Notion, suggesting improvements
Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for using Notion effectively
Document processes and maintain up-to-date records in Notion databases
Support the customer’s team by providing actionable feedback on Notion usage and interface organization
Communicate observations and recommendations clearly through both written documentation and verbal briefings
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a user of Notion
Strong organizational and digital documentation skills within Notion workspaces
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and consistency in data handling
Self-motivated and proactive in completing tasks in a remote work environment
Quick learner, comfortable adapting to new instructions and feedback in an AI-focused setting
Reliable internet connection and proficiency in remote collaboration tools
Nice to have:
Experience collaborating with teams in AI training, data annotation, or SaaS environments
Familiarity with advanced Notion features such as relational databases, templates, and integrations
Ability to communicate technical feedback constructively to technical and non-technical audiences
