Job Description:

In Lancaster, Randstad is looking for trustworthy and committed people to help students with disabilities take notes. Effective note-taking will provide essential support and enable you to learn new abilities every day.

Job Responsibility:

Produce precise and readable notes for lectures, seminars, tutorials, and group work (handwritten or typed, as needed)
Review notes post-lecture to ensure accessibility
Maintain a professional demeanour and relationship with the student
Prioritise student needs while adhering to institutional policies and procedures
Collaborate with Randstad to address student concerns promptly and maintain confidentiality, sharing relevant information to optimise student support

Requirements:

Great typing skills
Impeccable spelling and grammar
Punctuality and dependability
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Strong organisational and time management skills
Personal laptop for note-taking and email delivery to students
