Job Responsibility:

Attend meetings to take accurate and thorough notes
capture essential points, decisions, and action items
organise and present notes in a clear and concise manner for easy reference
collaborate with team members to ensure all relevant information is recorded
ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all documentation

Requirements:

A detail-oriented individual with excellent listening and writing skills
someone who can work independently and manage time effectively
a proactive communicator who can engage with various stakeholders
a reliable person with a valid driving licence to commute easily to the location
comfortable at typing at speed
advanced in using Microsoft Word
