Are you a native Norwegian speaker? Would you like to fire-up your career by working as a Norwegian Speaking Travel Agent representing one of the leading global flight-centric Online Travel Agencies? Join a global community support team & support clients by assisting them with their bookings, travel itineraries, flight addon products etc.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage incoming requests & ensure an utmost customer satisfaction
  • Resolve customer enquiries regarding flight cancellations, rebookings
  • Provide accurate, valid & complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open & interactive communication
  • Promote additional flight addon products to customers

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in client services or within the travel & tourism industry would be a plus
  • High adaptability in dynamic working environments & rotating shifts
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Client-centric mindset
  • A native level in Norwegian
  • Advanced English skills
  • PC literacy

  • Through your hands-on experience, training roadmap, and time spent with leaders in your district you will deepen your understanding of patient safety and error prevention, quality assurance drug utilization review (DUR), pharmacy professional standards such as corresponding responsibility and red flag detection
  • While in the pharmacy, you will assist the pharmacy team to ensure that pharmacy operations run smoothly, our patients’ prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately, and we are providing caring service that exceeds patient expectations
