Job Description:

Norwegian Speaking Customer Consultant position at Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia, providing customer support via phone and email, handling card support and account administration, managing orders and registrations, and advising customers about station campaigns and products.

Job Responsibility:

Takes care of customers via phone and email
Responsible for card support and account administration
Manages new orders and registrations
Advises customers regarding station campaigns and products
Provides outbound service and follow-up calls to customers

Requirements:

Fluent in Norwegian (verbal and written, at least B2/C1 level)
Fluent in English (verbal and written, at least B2/C1 level)
Previous experience in customer service (advantage)
Loves to communicate with people
Likes to work in fast-paced environment
Likes to work with various systems
Eager to learn new things and develop skills

Nice to have:

Previous experience in customer service
