Job Description:

This is a full-time job opportunity where candidates can relocate to Crete and enjoy the island's sun and sea while serving Norwegian-speaking clients of well-known companies worldwide.

Job Responsibility:

acting as the first point of contact for all Norwegian speaking clients
responding and recording customer inquiries raised through inbound calls
maintaining solid customer relationships with Norwegian customers abroad by handling questions with speed and professionalism
troubleshooting and resolving common technical problems
delighting customers with your knowledge and expertise in order to exceed their expectations

Requirements:

An excellent level of the Norwegian language
A good level of the English language
PC literacy

Nice to have:

High adaptability in dynamic working environments & rotating shifts
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Client centric mindset
