Northeast Regional General Sales Manager – Greater Boston, MA or New Jersey. My client, a global leader in the Filtration industry, is seeking an accomplished Regional General Sales Manager to lead commercial operations across the Northeast region. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving sales growth, profitability, and market expansion — overseeing both strategy and execution in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. This role is focused on the new construction industry.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team (10) and an independent rep network
  • Build and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships, ensuring exceptional service and engagement
  • Oversee pricing strategy, forecasting, and budgeting to optimise business outcomes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, finance, and corporate leadership to align goals and initiatives
  • Leverage CRM (Salesforce) and analytics to track performance, forecast needs, and identify new market opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven success leading regional or national sales teams in an industrial or B2B environment
  • Experience in Filtration is preferred
  • Strong strategic and financial acumen, with experience managing P&L responsibilities
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in SAP and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree required
