Job Description:

To plan, deploy, optimize , accept and maintain the coordination between all regions and centre in line with the Network strategy. This is done within the framework given by central Network plan and central Roll-Out Management. Role also include vendor management of outsource tasks and stakeholder management with BTK, Government agencies, competitors, municipalities, landlords etc.

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan, deploy, optimize, accept and maintain the coordination between all regions and centre in line with the Network strategy
  • Manage all RAN Sharing possibilities with competition according to the central guidance
  • Accountable for the Annual Region and Central reporting together with regional and central planning
  • Ensure detailed Radio and Transmission plans are developed and executed in line with the Annual Plan
  • Ensure the best parameter setting and optimisation for both 2G-3G-4G-5G to achieve the quality KPIs
  • Manage all opex and relevant works including energy, infrastructure, site acquisition, LL and sharing
  • Drives and coordinates the demand delivery in the region with smooth operation fulfilment in close alignment with management, related teams, business units and business customers
  • Ensure the deployment is completed in line with the plan and works effectively with colleagues to establish network implementation best practices for network and drives/contributes efficiency programmes
  • Represent VF to BTK and other public bodies to ensure that all required licenses and permissions are completed on time
  • Manage BTK meetings, reports and processes
  • Ensure required preparations of Benchmark Drive Tests management according to the agreed SLAs
  • Review the network performance through all quality and performance reports
  • and ensures necessary actions are taken to sustain & improve the quality of the network
  • Manage effective and strong relations with all the internal stakeholders to improve the performance according to the technology strategies & plans
  • Ensure that VF HSE&W procedures are implemented and works carried out in compliance with local HSE regulations
  • Ensure that work associated risks are assessed and reduced so far as is reasonably practicable
  • Comply with VFTR’s information security policy, standards and procedures
  • Report all suspected security and/or policy breaches, potential security risks to VF TR Corporate Security
  • Protect VF TR’s information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference
  • Protect user accounts and associated passwords, and accept accountability for any actions performed via usage of those accounts
  • Ensure that VFTR BCM policy /standard, procedures, plans implemented and works carried out in compliance with BS 25999 -2:2007 Standard
  • Ensure that BCM risks are assessed and mitigated so far as is reasonably practicable in VFTR Business Continuity Management System (BCMS)
  • Ensure VTR BCMS by planning, establishing, embedding, implementing, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining and improving within VFTR

Requirements:

  • Graduate from Electronic or Telecommunication Engineering
  • Min. 12 years telecommunications experience
  • Min. 8 years telecommunication or GSM network operation management experience
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, ability to multi-task work and make hard decisions with considering fallback plans
  • Good stakeholder’s management
  • Strong performance & customer orientation with great communication skills
  • Ability to work across multi-functional and cultural boundaries to deliver results/change
  • Great Team Leadership and management to build high performing motivated teams
  • Execution and results oriented
  • Budget management/execution experience
  • Excellent English skills
  • No travel restriction and has to have driving License in B Class
  • Resident in Samsun
