Requirements:
Management of client relationships to identify the clients financial goals, challenges, and risk tolerance
Management of relationship management initiatives, including oversight of colleagues and their performance
Research and understanding of the client's industry trends, regulatory landscape, and competitive environment
Design of customised solutions that address the client's specific needs and objectives
Communication of the value proposition of proposed solutions, justification of recommendations, and negotiation of terms
Provision of guidance to clients to support their financial decisions, offering expert investment advice, risk management and wealth management strategies support
Assessment of financial, legal, and operational risks associated with client relationships
Documentation of all client interactions, transactions, and agreements
Monitoring of client satisfaction, revenue generated, and other relevant metrics
To manage a large, complex or diverse function and take accountability for the strategic direction of the function
Lead and mentor high performing teams and embed a performance culture
Drive and achieve overall success and / or competitiveness of a business division by influencing senior leaders and committees
Strategically assess and manage risks to protect the business division / function and growth
Influence company policy and develop functional procedures in conjunction with senior leaders
Demonstrate interpretative thinking for innovative solutions in complex situations and conceptual thinking in completely new situations
Exercise management authority to make significant / complex business and strategic decisions that impact the Barclays Group
