We are looking for our first North America Solutions Partner Manager to build a high-impact ecosystem of solution partners across North America. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong partner management experience and who thrives in a fast-growing environment.
Job Responsibility:
Recruit, enable, and grow a network of solutions partners who build, integrate, and deliver innovative voice-AI experiences on top of the ElevenLabs platform
Build joint GTM plans with key partners to drive partner sourced pipeline and revenue
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in building and managing successful regional solutions partnerships in North America
Strong understanding of API-driven products and the ability to partner closely with engineering, product, and solutions teams
Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear customer and partner value propositions
A commercial mindset with experience driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue through co-selling and joint GTM motions
Excellent relationship-building skills across partners, sales, solutions engineering, and product teams
Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority
Passion for emerging AI technologies and their real-world applications across industries
A collaborative, proactive approach and a high level of ownership and accountability
