Job Description

JustGiving from Blackbaud, our crowdfunding and social fundraising solution for direct giving, is seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales/Partnerships Manager to lead a team focused on driving donation growth in the North American market. This role is pivotal in expanding JustGiving's presence and increasing donation income in a competitive and crowded space. The Sales/Partnerships Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to uncover new high value opportunities, maximize donation growth, build key partnerships, and enhance JustGiving's market position. This is an opportunity to shape and drive digital fundraising growth in a key market for JustGiving.

  • Sales leadership and management experience in a rapidly growing and fast-paced environment, preferably within the nonprofit or fundraising sector
