The Opportunity Your Impact The main purpose of the role is to centralize US portfolio services for payroll catalogue, leveraging Standard Model of Incidences Consolidation Process, ensuring service delivery and SLA fulfilment, as well as implementing initiatives that raise standards, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Job Responsibility
Analyze, Document, execute payroll services for PepsiCo Beverages: Receive payroll inputs and validate fulfilment of requirements
Capture information in payroll systems
Ensure payroll meets operation controls by comparing sources of data to confirm matching values according to pay rules, policies & regulations
Develop solutions (automation, training, resources or materials) that provide better customer service
Understand service delivery requirements to guarantee Service Level Agreements
Conciliate and document process deliverables for audit preparation
Serve as the point of contact for US sites to provide clarity and understanding on payroll deliverables for Time and Attendance, Commissions and Variable payments
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineer, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Related Field
Experience in payroll, accounting or finance processes (desirable)
Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Strong English oral and written communication skills
Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills
Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come
proactively communicating throughout the process
Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
