A family based in Monaco is seeking an exceptional Norland Nanny to join their household on a permanent, live-in basis. The family’s primary residence is a prestigious four-storey apartment in one of Monaco’s most exclusive neighbourhoods, and their lifestyle encompasses travel across several of Europe’s finest destinations throughout the year. The family travels regularly and the successful candidate will be expected to accompany them at all times, including aboard their private yacht. The charge is a baby boy, currently seven months old, but was born two months prematurely. He is presently under the care of a maternity nurse, and a smooth, unhurried handover will be arranged for the right candidate. Given his premature birth, the child may have specific developmental considerations that the nanny must be comfortable navigating with sensitivity and expertise.
Job Responsibility:
Sole charge care of the baby, managing all aspects of his daily routine with warmth and consistency
Creating a nurturing, stimulating, and emotionally secure environment to support healthy development
Age-appropriate play, sensory activities, and developmental enrichment suited to his corrected age
Bottle and/or breastfeeding support, weaning preparation, and introduction to solid foods at the appropriate stage
Establishing and maintaining reliable sleep routines, nap schedules, and bedtime rituals
Monitoring developmental progress and liaising sensitively with parents and medical professionals as needed
Travelling with the family
Packing and managing all nursery equipment, supplies, and travel arrangements pertaining to the baby
Maintaining immaculate nursery standards, including laundry and organisation of the baby’s belongings
Facilitating a seamless, gradual handover from the current maternity nurse

Norland College trained – highly desirable
Significant experience with young babies, ideally including premature or NICU infants

Mature in outlook and temperament

Highly professional, discreet, and entirely trustworthy
Experienced in and comfortable with the demands of a high-profile, high-net-worth household
Confident and adaptable traveller — at ease on a private yacht, in ski resorts, and across international settings
Full, clean driving licence – desirable
