Job Description

Our client, a non-profit organization, is urgently seeking a temporary Contract Recruiter to support their team for 3-6 months!

Job Responsibility

  • Attracts candidates through various channels: recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, and job fairs
  • Evaluates candidates by developing job advertisements and screening resumes/applications
  • Refers suitable candidates by contacting them to ascertain fit and scheduling interviews
  • Extends offers to selected candidates and negotiates compensation packages
  • Initiates onboarding plans for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization
  • Ensures efficient and effective filling of assigned positions while maintaining quality standards

Requirements

  • 5+ years of strong recruiting experience
  • Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • UKG experience is highly preferred
  • Experience supporting a mission-driven or nonprofit organization is a plus
