Job Description:

Our client, a mission-based nonprofit organization in Arlington, VA, has an immediate need for a temporary Nonprofit Program Specialist to support their team for at least 6 months!

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and monitor the inbox
  • Provide technical assistance as needed
  • Review quarterly reports, issue documents from the portal, and track performance deviations
  • Collaborate to populate report templates using basic data and insights
  • Provide administrative support such as data entry, document maintenance, and handling phone inquiries
  • Support scheduling and event logistics
  • Collaborate broadly across the organization and assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant programmatic experience, preferably in a health nonprofit
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proficient in MS Office Products, especially Excel
  • Familiarity in Salesforce is required
  • Self-starter with quick learning capabilities and a knack for creatively solving problems
  • Effective written communication, proofreading, interpersonal, and presentation skills
