Job Description:

The Fin Solutions Sr. Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who closely follows trends in own field and adapts them for application within own job and the business. The role involves driving execution efforts in NTMR Transformation, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve objectives, and managing competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

Drive execution efforts in the NTMR Transformation book of work to on-time completion
Engage with various stakeholders across Treasury and Citi to ensure project objectives are met and all required governance and oversight requirements are met
Execute against multiple contending priorities simultaneously
Proactively manage potential challenges to avoid developing into risks or issues
Produce and communicate status reports for Senior Management and Regulatory reviews
Engage with Finance COO and other internal stakeholders with regards to NTMR Transformation efforts
Engage with IA on NTMR related audits and transformation efforts
Identify processes for improvement and participate in process reengineering efforts
Utilize standard reporting processes

Requirements:

Consulting or Project/Program Management experience in the financial services industry is required, including 10+ years of Project/Program Management
Exemplary written and oral communication skills required ability to synthesize key messages and "storytell"
Experience and ease in interfacing with Senior Management
Ability to see the "big picture" without losing attention to detail
Strong influencing, facilitation, and partnering skills
In-depth analysis with interpretive thinking will be required
Individual should be flexible, team-oriented, have good follow-up skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task and dissect/solve complex problems
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
The candidate must be able to work with teams as well as independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role requires multi-tasking, organization and the ability to quickly acquire and comprehend the required knowledge
