Pink Tile Education is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Non-Qualified Teachers to work across a range of secondary schools in Crawley. We partner with schools to provide high-quality classroom cover, ensuring continuity of learning and a positive environment for students. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in education, including aspiring teachers, graduates, or those with backgrounds in tutoring, coaching, or youth work.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
Manage classroom behaviour effectively and create a positive learning environment
Support students in staying engaged and on task
Adapt delivery to meet the needs of different learners
Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour
Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures at all times
Requirements:
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Availability between 08:30 – 15:30, 2–5 days per week
Right to work in the UK
Experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, coaching, youth work, or education)
Strong communication and classroom management skills
A confident and proactive approach
A genuine passion for supporting students and their learning
Nice to have:
An interest in pursuing a career in education (desirable but not essential)
