Job Description

Aramark partners with non-profit organizations on event days to fundraise the fun way! The NPOs volunteers in our concession stands and in turn receive a donation to their organization. The Non Profit Coordinator is responsible for all activity related to the sourcing, securing and onboarding non-profit groups.

Job Responsibility

  • Builds relationships with community-based organizations
  • Coordinates all recruitment, vetting, and onboarding for non profit groups
  • Support Human Resources on event day with non-profit check in and operations
  • Training NPO groups on operations and compliance procedures
  • Operate technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office

Requirements

  • Prior administrative experience preferred
  • The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Microsoft applications, including but not limited to: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Requires frequent performance of repetitive motions with hands and/or arms
