The Administrative Support Worker Lead is responsible for assisting management with administrative tasks including, but not limited to, data entry using Microsoft Office, filing, game day check-in assistance, etc. The Administrative Support Worker Lead will be required to interact with Non-Profit volunteers, visitors, and employees in a professional and cheerful manner. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.
Job Responsibility
Scheduling & Staffing Coordination – Ability to manage schedules, monitor staffing levels, and adjust in real-time
Communication & Relationship Management – Effectively communicate with NPO leaders, volunteers, and internal teams
Game Day Operations Support – Assist with check-in, credential distribution, and on-site problem solving
Attention to Detail & Compliance – Ensure accuracy with documentation, certifications, and operational standards of a food safety environment
Administrative & Organizational Skills – Maintain trackers, reports, and materials to support efficient operations using Microsoft Office Suites, Canva, zoom for office, and DocuSign
Flexibility & Availability – Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended/atypical hours based on event and orientation schedules
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
some college preferred
2+ years administrative support experience
Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Excel and Word
Ability to optimally connect with employees
Ability to work quickly and efficiently
Strong digital literacy is required of Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) Internet, typing, other databases and spreadsheet software
