Job Description:

Baptist Health is adding a Non-Operative Orthopedic Physician to the team at Silverleaf in Jacksonville, FL. The physician will have broad-based support to provide excellent patient care in an outpatient setting, using the Epic EHR System, and will be part of the region's largest outpatient primary care and specialty physician network.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide excellent patient care for a population ranging from young families to elderly patients
  • Grow your practice with support from business development and marketing teams

Requirements:

  • MD or DO
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • Active/Unrestricted Medical License
  • Completion of a Sports Medicine Fellowship or completion of a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency
  • Over 5 years Family Practice Experience Preferred
  • Licensed Physician Required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Preferred
