Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Non-IT Business Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in St Paul, Minnesota. In this role, you will focus on analyzing and reformatting critical customer data, ensuring accuracy and proper transcription into data management systems. You will also contribute to broader initiatives within the Pest division, collaborating with team members and supporting various projects as needed.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyze customer data to identify necessary updates and ensure accuracy
  • Reformat and transcribe data into management systems for processing
  • Collaborate with team members to support division-wide initiatives
  • Monitor business trends and provide insights on projected revenues and expenses
  • Assist in resource allocation and strategic planning processes
  • Apply accounting and mathematical principles to relevant tasks
  • Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to manage and organize data
  • Ensure timely and independent completion of assigned responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining strong interpersonal communication
  • Support other team members by freeing up capacity or providing specialized expertise

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, human resources, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze business trends
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and mathematical applications
