Job Description:

An international law firm is seeking a Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor to join its highly regarded team on a fully remote basis. This role involves advising on non-contentious construction matters, with a focus on major development projects such as commercial buildings, retail developments, and mixed-use schemes. The position offers full flexibility, a competitive salary, and the opportunity to handle high-value, high-profile projects within a collaborative global team.

Job Responsibility:

Advising on a broad range of non-contentious construction matters, with a particular focus on major development projects
Working on commercial buildings, retail developments, and mixed-use schemes
Occasionally handling energy and infrastructure projects
Managing high-value and high-profile development projects across the UK and internationally
Directly advising major developers, institutional investors, and corporate occupiers

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in non-contentious construction
Strong experience with development-led work (commercial, retail, mixed-use)
Confident advising clients directly and managing matters with minimal supervision
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
