Job Responsibility:

  • Advising national and international clients across the energy, infrastructure, and built environment sectors
  • working on high-value strategic projects with a focus on proactive problem-solving and commercial delivery
  • supporting junior team members
  • contributing to business development initiatives
  • collaborating across a global litigation and transactional network.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years post-qualification experience (PQE) as a solicitor
  • experience in large-scale construction and engineering transactions
  • familiarity with standard form contracts (FIDIC, NEC, JCT, etc.)
  • ability to navigate complex infrastructure frameworks and bespoke agreements
  • commercial mindset and strong technical skills.
