Job Description

Join a market-leading non-contentious Construction team in London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a nationally integrated, highly regarded team, working on some of the most significant and innovative projects in the market.

Job Responsibility

  • Advising on complex UK and international development projects
  • Supporting clients across the full project lifecycle from structuring and procurement to negotiation and delivery of construction contracts
  • Working with recognised experts on major developments, funder-side construction risk, institutional investment mandates and complex contract suites across commercial, residential and mixed-use sectors
  • Negotiating construction contracts (including JCT amendments), appointments and warranties
  • Providing construction due diligence on real estate transactions
  • Contributing to development agreement negotiations
  • Advising on construction risk and evolving building safety legislation
  • Managing own matters with appropriate supervision
  • Working closely with Partners on major projects
  • Collaborating across Real Estate, Funds, Finance and Disputes
  • Supervising junior Solicitors
  • Supporting business development

Requirements

  • Mid Senior Level (3-7+ years) experience
  • 1-3 years PQE
  • 4-6 years PQE
