Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Node.js Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of server-side programming and a passion for building scalable applications. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Node.js
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user facing elements with server-side logic
  • Build RESTful APIs to support front-end applications and third-party integrations
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to enhance performance
  • Implement security and data protection measures
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Node.js development
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and experience with asynchronous programming
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
  • Experience with databases (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Understanding of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, React/Vue/Angular) is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
