Job Description:

We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong technical background and proven experience in managing end-to-end software development projects. The candidate is expected to lead multiple projects of varying sizes, ensuring delivery excellence, stakeholder satisfaction and alignment with business objectives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage IT projects through all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, from initiation to deployment and closure
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand technical and functional requirements and convert them into actionable project plans
  • Drive delivery of high-quality software solutions by closely working with cross-functional teams in development, testing and deployment
  • Manage project scope, schedules, risks and budgets, ensuring adherence to commitments and timely delivery
  • Effectively manage stakeholder communications, providing clear and consistent updates on progress, risks, and issues
  • Support the project team in technical discussions and solution design, leveraging knowledge in node/React
  • Ensure best practices are followed in alignment with Agile, SAFe and organizational standards

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in project management with technical background in software development
  • Hands-on understanding of technologies such as node/React
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across distributed teams
  • Strong grasp of Agile, SAFe and Waterfall delivery models
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in managing fixed-cost projects
  • Awareness of AWS Cloud services and cloud-native solution approaches
  • Total Experience Expected: 12-16 years
  • MCA, B Tech
