Job Description:

Node/React Module Lead position at Sopra Steria, a major Tech player in Europe. The role involves working with development teams, technical development, and potentially leading small development teams for module delivery.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for backlog grooming, estimations and design technical solutions
  • Develop and maintain technical standards and best practices
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure that code adheres to coding standards
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for projects
  • Identify technical issues and provide solutions to resolve them
  • Manage project timelines and ensure that projects are completed within budget

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience working directly with development teams
  • Good hands-on experience on Node JS & React JS
  • Experience on Agile way of working
  • Strong Debugging skills
  • Good Communication and Client handling skill required
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for backlog grooming, estimations and design technical solutions
  • Develop and maintain technical standards and best practices
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure that code adheres to coding standards
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for projects
  • Identify technical issues and provide solutions to resolve them
  • Manage project timelines and ensure that projects are completed within budget
  • In-depth knowledge of technical development methodologies and programming languages (e.g. React JS, Node JS)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
  • Able to identify process improvements and automation areas
  • B.Tech./MCA/B.E.

Nice to have:

  • Good to have DevOps and Jenkins experience
  • If and when needed lead the small development team to facilitate successful module delivery
