Job Description:

We are looking for NOC L1 Engineer who will be responsible for day-to day network operations during their shift and ensure the maintenance of highly available network architectures.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identification of technical faults and major escalations and provide solutions for it
  • Coordination with L2 team for immediate troubleshooting on the identified technical faults
  • Ensure 24/7 availability of the production environment and lead the daily operations of the production environment
  • On call support with Last mile vendor/partners (ERP)
  • Implementation of Incident driven emergency changes
  • Provide on - call support to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Excellent technical skills over Huawei platform i.e. routers & switches
  • Good knowledge on monitoring tools
  • Teamwork and collaboration
  • Analytical and problems solving
  • Networking and interpersonal skills
  • Should have good and effective communication skills
  • Graduate (B.Tech) or Diploma/ certification in CCNA/ CCNP
  • 3+ years of experience working as NOC Engineer
