Job Description

We are seeking a NOC Engineer / entry level Network Engineer to support and monitor network infrastructure, ensuring system uptime and performance. This role is ideal for someone early in their career looking to grow in networking, infrastructure, and operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Monitor network systems, servers, and infrastructure for performance and availability
  • Respond to alerts, incidents, and outages in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoot network issues (connectivity, latency, packet loss, etc.)
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when needed
  • Maintain documentation for incidents, processes, and configurations
  • Assist with network maintenance, upgrades, and patching
  • Support ticketing systems and follow SLAs

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Familiarity with routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a shift-based or 24/7 environment
