NOBU HOST/ESS - The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is looking for a Host/ess who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required. NOBU LĀNA‘I - Set cliff side overlooking a protected marine preserve, NOBU LĀNA‘I offers sweeping panoramic views and innovative Japanese cuisine. Drawing upon Chef Matsuhisa's classical training as a sushi chef in Tokyo, his life abroad in South America and his travels around the world, his culinary style blends classical techniques with exotic global flavors. NOBU LĀNA‘I showcases signature new-style Japanese cuisine, as well as new creations infusing local ingredients. Sip a signature cocktail in the lounge, take a seat at the sushi bar or enjoy dinner at one of the outdoor tables.
