You will be key in unleashing and maximising the potential opportunity that lies in the experience our advisors create for customers. Your role will be to work closely with advisors, stores, areas and regional leaders to maximise the commercial opportunity for our stores. You will provide expert beauty leadership for the brand.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work across the region to support them in maximising their commercial opportunity
  • Lead and support advisors in stores to create fantastic experiences 'The No7 Way' every day for every customer
  • Responsible for delivering targets across your region
  • Work closely with store and area teams helping them interpret targets and achieve them
  • Build great relationships with store, area and regional leaders and support them in agreeing their plans and commitments to achieve their ambition
  • Spend the majority of your time in stores with the advisors supporting and challenging them in achieving their targets in sales and other targets set by the company
  • Spend time coaching and working alongside the advisors to be exemplar with customer experience 'The No7 Way' giving them feedback and guidance
  • Work closely with store, area and regional leaders supporting them in leading their teams 'The No7 Way' and achieving their brand targets

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of leadership experience
  • Ideally experience in a remote management role
  • Experience working in retail environments
  • Experience leading people
  • Great at building relationships
  • Ability to influence others
  • Ability to analyse targets and results
  • Ability to lead teams of people to achieve them
  • Travel will be required
